30-day voluntary return policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please contact us in advance to receive return instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may be delayed.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products, special orders, or personalized items, as well as other products for which the law provides an exception to the right of withdrawal.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Statutory 14-day right of withdrawal

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification, except in cases provided for by law.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision within the 14-day period.

The item must be returned in a condition that allows for the establishment of its nature, characteristics, and functioning. The consumer is responsible for any diminished value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.

Proof of purchase may be requested to facilitate the processing of the withdrawal.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

For returns under our 30-day voluntary policy, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

When exercising the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, due amounts will be refunded without undue delay and within the timeframe provided by law.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
